Kathleen Gosser (PhD University of Louisville) is an experienced leader in the franchise industry and a passionate educator She is currently an Executive-in-Residence for the College of Business and Director of the Franchise Management Program.
She recently retired from Kentucky Fried Chicken after 35 years of service; her last position was Director of Learning & Organizational Development for the US business that consisted of 4200 KFC restaurants and 400 franchisees. In her career in the franchise industry, she enjoyed numerous roles including leadership of the KFC Foundation, customer satisfaction programs, operations measurement, employee recognition, training, and team member engagement efforts. She also had direct P&L accountability as the Region Coach of 10 restaurants in
Louisville.
