When an individual wants to attend an expo associated with an event that interests him, the first thing is to register for the event.
This step could be slightly different for paid access events. The Attendee would start by purchasing a ticket first, as shown below.
Select the “type” and quantity of the ticket wanted to purchase.
Proceed to checkout and registration.
Registration is now complete and an email was sent to your registered email. The User name is automatically set as your email address.
Don’t forget to check your email as some events require the user to confirm receipt prior to allowing access to the event.
After the user is Registered, They may enter the Exhibition when it is open. (some events may allow early entry, otherwise most events will open at the posted start time.
Now that the user has been entered into the expo, the participants can witness 4 different sections in the Expo section.
Sessions: This section of the expo displays the schedule of the Event or Exhibition. The date, Time speakers associated, duration of the event are displayed here.
The Lounge is active before a live session, during session breaks, and after the live session ends.
The Expo booth displays all the exhibitors present in the Exhibition. The participants can interact with exhibitors in the booth section.
